- De kandidaat wordt tijdens de inwerkperiode volledig op kantoor verwacht. Daarna wordt de kandidaat 2/3x per week op kantoor verwacht. De teams zitten zowel in Heerlen als Amsterdam waardoor flexibiliteit wordt gevraagd voor reizen.
- De rol is voor 38 tot 40 uur en valt in schaal 13.
- Er is een optie tot verlenging.

APG Asset Management (APG AM) is embarking on a strategic initiative to replace its existing security and party master data management system with a robust SaaS-based Security & Party Master Data platform designed to modernize and streamline data operations. By adopting this future-proof Security & Party Master solution, APG AM aims to establish a single, trusted source of master data across the organization.
Master Data Management forms a critical element of the data foundation, alongside the data platform.
Scope
This initiative covers the full lifecycle of a new SaaS-based Security & Party Master Data Platform implementation, from initial onboarding through production and aftercare. It includes all master data domains, data sources, and integration with APG AM’s data platform.
Purpose of the Role
The Program Manager has overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the program implementing a new SaaS-based future-proof Security & Party Master solution. The role focuses on program governance, planning, stakeholder management, vendor management, decision-making, and managing dependencies across business, technology, data, operations, and external parties.
Key Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Program Manager are:
Program Governance
- Develop and maintain the integrated program roadmap.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
- Monitor critical milestones and drive timely decision-making.
- Report progress, risks, and key decisions to the Business Owner and Transformation Office.
- Coordinate multiple projects, workstreams, and vendors within a single program.
Define and manage agreements covering:
- Implementation support;
- Data migration;
- Data delivery and onboarding;
- Service levels, KRI’s KPI’s;
- Cut-over planning;
- Hypercare and post-go-live support.
- Monitor contractual obligations and delivery commitments.
Target Operating Model
Lead the design and implementation of the future operating model. Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and governance processes. Align processes across APG, vendors, and ASP partners.
Stakeholder Management
Connect and align business, operations, data, architecture, and vendor stakeholders. Build support for key decisions and organizational change. Communicate progress, risks, issues, and decisions to senior management.
Required Experience
Program and Project Management
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing complex transformation programs.
- Demonstrated experience delivering programs involving multiple projects and vendors simultaneously.
- Experience with critical transformation initiatives within financial services, asset management, or pension administration is highly desirable.
Transformation Programs
- Proven experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Experience with Operating Model transformations.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating and governing complex business and technology ecosystems.
Vendor and Delivery Management
- Experience managing Saas based implementations.
- Strong contract management and governance experience.
- Proven ability to hold external suppliers accountable for delivery outcomes.
