Can you take the lead within the testing team and bring quality assurance within the accounting team to a higher level? Do you also have knowledge of and experience in asset management? You will mentor 2 junior colleagues and bring them along in the way of working.

• Proven experience as test lead or similar role with a handson mindset;
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (ISTQB/ T-Map), tools (HP ALM) and best practices;
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (Spec flow or MF-ALM and UFT)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability of effective collaboration;
• Knowledge of Asset Management in particular Accounting (products and processes) is a plus;
• Proven ability to work closely with the business and translate test needs into specifications, test scripts and implement them; 
• Highly developed communication skills in English (at least C1 level);
